Andrew’s practice includes commercial real estate; general business and transactional representation; corporate law, including entity formation; mergers and acquisitions; Indian law; and civil litigation. Andrew began working for Maynes, Bradford, Shipps and Sheftel as a law clerk in early 2015 and joined the firm as an associate attorney later that year. He has worked on several multi-million dollar transactions and matters in his tenure. His practice extends both to large entities and small privately-held companies.
Andrew practices in Colorado and New Mexico.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus with a degree in Business Management in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2015, with a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. While in law school, Andrew focused on corporate and commercial law, competing in transactional negotiation and drafting competitions.
