Andrew’s practice includes business law (choice of entity and creation; contracts; ongoing business issues); commercial real estate; and landlord/tenant law. Andrew began working for Maynes, Bradford, Shipps and Sheftel as a law clerk in early 2015 and joined the firm as an associate attorney later that year. He has worked on several multi-million dollar transactions and matters in his tenure. His practice extends both to large entities and small privately-held companies.
While based out of our Durango office, Andrew practices in all of Colorado and New Mexico.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus with a degree in Business Management in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2015, with a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. While in law school, Andrew focused on corporate and commercial law, competing in transactional negotiation and drafting competitions.
Currently, Andrew assists in the editing and drafting of the business-related sections of the Colorado Practice Series.
