Andrew’s practice includes commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leasing; general business and transactional representation; corporate law, including entity formation; mergers and acquisitions; and other transactional matters. Andrew began working for Maynes, Bradford, Shipps and Sheftel as a law clerk during his 3L year of law school in early 2015. Upon graduation and passing the Colorado Bar Exam, Andrew was hired on as an associate attorney.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Stanislaus with a degree in Business Management in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2015, with a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. While in law school, Andrew focused on corporate and commercial law, competing in transactional negotiation and drafting competitions, and contributing to the Race to the Bottom corporate law blog. He was also elected by his fellow students as the student speaker for the 2015 Commencement Ceremony.
