Mr. Reeves graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado in 1992 and obtained his law degree from Tulane University in 1995 where he served as articles editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm he practiced in private and public interest law firms, representing a variety of individual, commercial and municipal clients. His published cases include: Glosemeyer v. U.S., 45 Fed. Cl. 771 (Fed.Cl. 2000); In re: SRBA, Case no 38756 Wilderness Reserved Claims, 12 P.3d 1260 (Idaho 2000); and Stupak-Thrall v. Glickman, 226 F.3d 467 (6th Cir. 2000). Adam assists in matters relating to water rights, environmental law, land use, and general civil litigation.

He is licensed to practice in Colorado and is admitted before the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado and the Western District of Michigan; the 10th, 9th, 7th, 6th and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeals; the Court of Federal Claims and United States Supreme Court.
