Mrs. Denning joined Maynes, Bradford, Shipps and Sheftel as an associate attorney in July, 2010. She practices in the areas of banking law, commercial law, real estate law, utilities law, water law, and general civil litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mrs. Denning practiced in civil law firms in both Colorado and New Mexico. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial District in Roswell, New Mexico.

Mrs. Denning graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University in 2002. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, she served on the Texas Tech Law Review, was awarded the Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Bankruptcy, and participated in Moot Court, Mock Trial, and Client Counseling competitions. Mrs. Denning also clerked for a local Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee.

Mrs. Denning is licensed to practice law in both New Mexico and Colorado. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
